Who am I? Why am I of any little importance? Well I have tried diet upon diet and read tips upon tips when It comes to diet and healthy living. I am like most people. I am busy and I LOVE food. I don’t want to give up my time, energy, or my love of food. I like most dieters, I still struggle. But I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and seeing my pounds shed away bringing me to my lighter side.
